This Agreement defines the procedure and terms of use by Users of materials and services posted on the Site www.keysystems.ru (hereinafter - the Site) and is an offer of the Limited Liability Company «Keysystems» to conclude an agreement with any third party using the Site on the Internet on the terms and conditions specified in the text of this Agreement.

The titles of headings (articles, etc.) of the Agreement and the Site as a whole are intended solely for convenience of use of the text of the Agreement and have no literal legal meaning.

1.General terms and conditions

1.1. The use of materials and services of the Site is regulated by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.2. The terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to the following Users: news agencies, electronic and print media, individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as «Users»).

1.3. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 437.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.4. By accessing the materials of the Site, the User shall be deemed to have acceded to this Agreement and accepted the terms in full, without any reservations and exceptions from the moment you start using the Site. If, after reading this paragraph of the Agreement, you do not agree, please leave the Site.

1.5. The keysystems.ru Site uses cookies. By staying on the Site, you consent to our use of cookies.

1.6. Any software having intellectual property rights and other materials made available through this Site for downloading, accessing or otherwise using and accompanied by its own license terms/agreements are subject to such terms/agreements and conditions.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The User is granted the right to use the web service, personal account, Site services, documentation, materials, etc. for their direct purpose, including by accessing them for the period of time during which all functional capabilities of the Site remain available to the User.

2.2. The user is given access to articles, videos, counseling, etc.

3.Registration procedure on the Site

3.1. The User is given access to information about the Site, courses, training programs, upcoming events, as well as access to reviews and articles posted on the Site prior to its registration on the Site.

3.2. After registering on the Site, in addition to the access specified in clause 3.1 of the Agreement, the User is provided with access to: information about concluded agreements (contracts) and their validity periods, obtaining an activation key for «Keysystems» software products, generating a request for calculating the cost of new software products or renewal of licenses for already used ones, formation of a request for the visit of «Keysystems» specialists to the client, ordering a callback, formation of a request for remote maintenance, registration of error messages in the bug tracking system and monitoring of their resolution, formation of requests for demonstration and testing of software products «Keysystems», as well as access to other functions of the Site and Personal Account, provided explicitly.

3.3. Upon completion of registration on the Website, the User is granted access to the Personal Account using the credentials - e-mail address and password. The password can be changed by the User at any convenient time after registration.

3.4. The User is obliged to ensure the security and safety of the password. In case of loss or compromise of the password, as well as in case of illegal access to the Personal Account by third parties, the User must immediately change the password and or report the fact of access to protected information by phone +7 (8352) 323-323 or e-mail marketing@keysystems.ru . Until such notification is received, all actions performed using the User's Personal Account will be considered to have been performed by the User.

4. Personal data and its use

4.1. The purpose, procedure, terms and other conditions under which the Website Administrator processes Users' personal data are defined in the Privacy Policy of «Keysystems» on Personal Data Processing, located at the network address https://www.keysystems.ru/include/privacy_policy.php.

5. User's Obligations

5.1. The User is obliged to use the Site and Personal Area in good faith, without violating the rights and freedoms of third parties, norms of morality and ethics, legislation of the Russian Federation, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the Site and its services.

5.2. Use of materials of the Site without the consent of the Rightholders is not allowed (Article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). For lawful use of the Site materials it is necessary to conclude Licence Agreements (obtaining licenses) from the Rightholders.

5.3. When quoting materials from the Site, including protected works of authorship, a link to the Site is mandatory (subparagraph 1, paragraph 1, article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). Except for official pages of partners.

5.4. Comments and other records of the User on the Site must not contradict the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.

5.5. The User agrees that «Keysystems» company does not pay and is not obliged to pay any remuneration to the Authors for the publication of materials agreed with the editor in advance on the Website, if this is not agreed upon by the parties in advance.

5.6. The User has the right to send to the Site (through the capabilities of the Site) any information or materials, granting to «Keysystems» an unrestricted royalty-free irrevocable license to copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, post, distribute, publicly display, perform, modify, create derivative products based on them, as well as the free use of these materials or information by any other means.

5.7 The User agrees that «Keysystems» may, at its discretion, use for any purpose all ideas, concepts, technologies, etc. sent to it. In this case, «Keysystems» undertakes not to disclose the name of the User/Author, sent materials and other information without prior permission to use the name or pseudonym.

5.8. The User is warned that the Site Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site.

5.9. The User accepts the provision that all materials and services of the Site or any part thereof may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Administration of the Site does not bear any responsibility and does not have any obligations in connection with such advertising.

6. Other terms and conditions

6.1. The Site administrators have the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any changes of this Agreement come into force from the moment of their publication on the Site. By continuing to use the Site www.keysystems.ru after publication of the changes, you agree to act in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the modified Agreement.

6.2. The information provided on the Site is as accurate and reliable as possible, however, «Keysystems» assumes no responsibility for the exclusive accuracy of the information. «Keysystems» reserves the right to change or remove any part of the information or related functionality on the Site, including the software catalog and section.

6.3. The Administrator is not responsible for the performance of the Site and does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation, as well as for the safety of information posted on the Site and the possibility of uninterrupted access to materials.

6.4. Nothing in the Agreement may be understood as establishing between the User and the Website Administration agency relations, partnership relations, relations of joint activity, relations of personal employment, or any other relations not expressly provided for by the Agreement.

6.5. All possible disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

6.6. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the Agreement by a court shall not invalidate any other provisions of the Agreement.

6.7. naction on the part of the Site Administration in case of violation of the provisions of the Agreement by any of the Users does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later in defense of its interests and protection of copyright to the materials of the Site protected in accordance with the legislation.

6.8. The User agrees that the Site Administration, to the full extent permitted by applicable Russian law, shall not be liable and shall have no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or incurred losses, penalties or consequential damages related to any content of the Site and its relation to the Site, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external Sites or resources or other contacts of the User, which he entered using the information posted on the Site or links to external resources.

6.9. The User confirms that he/she has read, understands and accepts all provisions of the Agreement.
