Maintenance of the register of state property of the Murmansk region has been transferred to an electronic format thanks to the use of the PC «Property-SMART»

«Keysystems» specialists provided support to the Property Treasury of Murmansk region in the implementation of the assignment in full, in compliance with deadlines and specifics of the institution's work.

Currently, the maintenance and information support of specialized registers of state property in the information system is one of the tasks of the Property Treasury of Murmansk Oblast, posted on the official website of the state body.

Accounting of the state property register is a continuous process of providing the authorized executive body of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation by state institutions with information on the property objects on their balance sheet in the established form (record cards and data cards) with further processing of the received information on the side of the authorized body of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation. Throughout the business process, a large number of documents requiring signatures of specialists and heads of organizations are created and processed.

Thanks to the creation of a business process management subsystem in the PC «Property-SMART» it was possible to completely transfer the maintenance of the register of state property of the Murmansk Oblast into electronic form. Currently, all created electronic documents (with an imprinted electronic signature) are stored in the information system and are available in the electronic archive mode. It is worth noting that before the project implementation, processing and verification of the received data in manual mode required enormous time and labor resources from the specialists of the authorized body.

According to the Property Treasury of Murmansk Oblast, in December 2021, as part of the testing of the electronic document management system using the software solution of «Keysystems», the first application from the right holder to change the state property registration map was successfully accepted and processed.

Starting from January 1, 2022, more than 230 state institutions of Murmansk Oblast begin the process of forming annual reports on the assets on their balance sheet using the modernized software system «Property-SMART» in electronic form.
