In Ryazan region the project on implementation of the software product «Archive-SMART» was successfully realized

«The transition to electronic document management within the framework of digital transformation dictates the need for detailed elaboration of this issue. For the financial authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the issue of electronic document storage needs the support of developers of all information systems used in the course of the budget process. The company «Keysystems» has developed a solution that fulfills the tasks of transition from paper archiving to electronic archiving - the program complex «Archive-SMART». It should be noted that our solution allows to organize long-term storage of legally significant electronic documents generated not only in «Keysystems» software products, but also in any other information system».

In 2022, the list of users of the PC «Archive-SMART» was supplemented by Ryazan region. As part of the project on the transition to electronic document management the Ministry of Finance of Ryazan region together with specialists of the company «Keysystems» developed internal regulatory documents and rules for the transfer of electronic documents, their use, imposition of electronic signature, acquisition and operation of the archive with the distribution of user roles. These processes were implemented for the system of formation of consolidated accounting and budget reporting (PC «Svod-SMART») within the framework of the task on long-term storage of documents.
