The Procurement Center of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) presented a mobile application of the regional procurement information system

At the IV Interregional Conference «Procurement of Yakutia 2022: main innovations and topical issues of their application» a new tool for effective procurement management - the mobile application «KS Documents» developed by «Keysystems» was presented.

Thanks to «KS Documents» the electronic interaction between the authorized institution and the customer, as well as other users of the mobile application has become more convenient, prompt and informative.

Events, news and reviews on changes in procurement legislation, timely notifications of events - just a small part of the available information on procurement and the procurement process in the users' smartphone. The functionality of the mobile application allows to receive and view procurement documents, send them en-route to other users for approval. All information about the documents is available «in one click»: you can view details, printed form, history and comments. All notifications - about a new document, a new event or an activity - come to users in the form of push notifications.

The developers have plans to sign documents with an electronic signature in the mobile application using a smartphone.
