The Komi Republic became the 32nd region of Russia, which uses PC «Web-Trading-KS» to manage the procurement process

As part of the project implementation, highly qualified specialists analyzed the existing procurement procedures in the region, implemented the system, and provided user training. State customers of the Komi Republic, as well as customers of a number of municipalities, have already started to actively use PC «Web-Trading-KS» in their work processes. The next step is to implement the software in all municipal institutions in the region.

The use of advanced information technologies makes it possible to improve the quality, efficiency and productivity of procurement procedures, and to apply a systematic approach to their planning and implementation. An automated system is essential for the organization of centralized management of public procurement, building analytical reporting to monitor results, as well as assessing the achievement of procurement objectives.

PC «Web-Trading-KS» has proved to be a highly effective tool for managing state and municipal procurement under Federal Laws 44-FZ and 223-FZ, including small-scale procurement (from a single supplier, contractor, performer). In addition to automating procurement procedures, the software allows you to maintain a regional catalog of goods, works and services, form the maximum starting price of contract for medicines in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Health of Russia No. 1064N dated December 19, 2019.

Joint integration and end-to-end business processes with other «Keysystems» solutions allow to build a unified ecosystem, which is of high importance for the digitalization of state management of public finances.
