«Archive-SMART» program complex expands the boundaries of implementation

The PC «Archive-SMART» tool for automation of archival records management has been implemented in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the Republic of Mari El, the Leningrad Oblast and Khabarovsk Krai.

The Department of Finance and Economy of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Mari El, the Committee of Finance of the Leningrad Oblast and the Ministry of Finance of Khabarovsk Krai integrated the PC «Archive-SMART» with the system of consolidated accounting and budget reporting formation PC «Svod-SMART». It should be noted that all «Keysystems» products are compatible with each other, which makes it possible to effectively build a unified digital space for public finance management.

In the Republic of Mari El, as well as in Khabarovsk Krai, in addition to the integration of the electronic archive with the PC «Svod-SMART», the work with the system of preparation and execution of revenues and expenditures of the budgets of the subjects has been established (PC «Budget-SMART PRO»), storage of reports received via the Federal Treasury's remote financial document management system was configured.

In all 4 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the «Archive-SMART» program complex is currently being used in full scope of its functional capabilities. The specifics and individual requirements of the customers were taken into account during implementation.
