Keysystems has developed the official mobile application of the BRICS Municipal Forum

Functionality of IMBRICS`24 application includes providing access to the Forum program, information about speakers, events and news feed. Each user was able to receive push notifications about the start of events and updates of the event program in real time mode. One of the most convenient features of the mobile application, noted by the participants of the event, was watching the online broadcast of the Forum sections. In addition, information about the transfer, locations, access to the site map and Forum chats were noted among the useful functions.

More than 7 thousand people registered in IMBRICS`24 mobile application. Each participant received access to the Forum using a personal QR code, which helped to speed up the accreditation process for both the participant and the organizers.

Let us remind you that the International Municipal Forum of the BRICS countries is the largest international platform for exchange of experience and ideas between representatives of government and business as well as building effective business communications. The event was held with support of the Executive Office of the President and the Russian Foreign Ministry, as well as with assistance of Rossotrudnichestvo and Moscow Government. Since the mobile application has successfully proved to be a convenient tool, the organizers of the Forum plan to use mobile technologies on a permanent basis for future events.
